Why We Offer the TTAZ Program
There is a growing need for Tap teachers to increase classroom efficiency and effectiveness. With well-trained teachers, the field of Tap can play an even bigger role in the dance industry. A well-trained teacher needs to know not only good dance technique but also concrete ways to get the information across to the students. They need to be able to plan, teach, and evaluate on a consistent basis. This program provides teachers different ways of teaching technical manipulations and also includes each of the areas that certified teachers must master at the university as well as the areas that studios owners learn through experience.
